"For there shall be a day, [that] the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God." - Jeremiah 31:6
The "watchmen" are, in Hebrew, the "notzrim." 'Notzrim' is the modern Israeli word used for Christians! The "notzrim" are crying out from "mount Ephraim." Ephraim is in the "West Bank." Paul connects Gentile believers of Yeshua the Messiah to Ephraim in Romans 11:25 by quoting Genesis 48:19 (where Jacob/Israel adopts Joseph's two sons - Manasseh and Ephraim) in speaking of the Gentile believers grafted into Israel.
